Wikang Kinagisnan

                     

Kaugnay na larawan           Kada taon, parating ipiagdiriwang ang Buwan ng Wika upang magbigay pugay sa instrumento na ginamit ng ating bansa upang magbuklod, magkaunawaan at makipagkomunikasyon sa ating kapwa; an gating wika, ang wikang FILIPINO.
An gating wika ay patuloy na nagbabago sa pamamaraang nadaragdagan at nababawasan ang mga salita na ating ginagamit  at patuloy itong lumalawak at umuunlad dahil sa patuloy na paggamit natin dit.
           Tayong mga Pilipino ay mabilis mahikayat kung ano ang nakikita n gating mata, a sariling atin ay ating nakakalimutan. Minsan ay nagiging maganda ito sa atin dahil lumalawak an gating wika ngunit sa panahon ngayon ay maraming mga kabataan ang nahihikayat sa mga banyagang wika kaya madalas ay nakakalimutan na natin an gating wika gayundin ang mga pananamit nila ay atin ng ginagaya.
            Sa mga paaralan ay ipinagdiriwang ang Buwan ng Wika sa tuwing sumasapit ang buwan ng Agosto. MAraming mga aktibidad ang dinaraos gaya ng patimpalak na  kabilang na lang ng mga spoken poetry, tula  at poster making contest at iba pa. Sa paraang ito ay hinihikayat an gang mga gaya ko estudyante na makilahok, gamitin, isabuhay at paunlarin ang sarili nating wika.
           Tandaan, na ang wikang Filipino ang kinagisnan nating wika at ito an gating itatak sa ating isipan na kahit marami mang lenggwahe ang ating matutuhan ay huwag natin burahin sa ating isipan na ang Filipino ang ating sariling wika at ito’y ating paunlarin.

Reflection

Resulta ng larawan para sa students     In every students like me, we cannot elude finding out some interested things ,somewhat we don't know and trying to discover new. Things that will help you in the near future. It was exciting yet challenging to discover new things.

      I had gather lot of things and build up new knowledge that will guide me in doing things. Everyone cannot evade having problems or challenges, the only thing we can do is to face it and dig up solutions about that certain problem or challenges that we face in our everyday lives . How did  I addressed this ?I addressed this as  motivation to do things that I am passionate with and do improve in the next grading period that will come and continue to study more.

       First Quarter is just the beginning of all discoveries there are three quarters left, more challenges that will come that had to deal with and for me to ascertain. Now that the next grading period will arrise, I see myself as a determined student that will do everything she can in able to learn more.

Power Outages and Disaster Preparedness           Disasters strike in every corner of the world, during every season, and on different scales throughout the year. Nonprofit organizations serve as key players during these disasters, providing aid and resources to those affected.
            Disasters are often unexpected by their very nature, leaving little time, if any, to prepare. That is why it is so important to put time into planning and preparation long before the disaster strikes. Indeed, hospitals, food banks, human and animal shelters, and other nonprofits are integrated into most response and recovery efforts during emergencies.
             The Philippines has suffered from an inexhaustible number of deadly typhoons, earthquakes, volcano eruptions and other natural disasters. This is due to its location along the Pacific Ring of Fire, or typhoon belt- a large Pacific Ocean region where many of Earth’s volcanic eruptions and earthquakes occur. The Philippines is in fact the country most exposed to tropical storms in the world.
            A natural disaster can occur at any time. Disasters give warnings but some people just ignore it. Such earthquakes, give a little or no warning. Once a disaster happens, the time to prepare is gone. The best way to cope with a natural disaster is to prepare by having a plan before it strikes and not just going to ignore it.
As a result of disasters, people may be injured or killed, or may lose their homes and valuable possessions. It is important to protect your family, home, assets.
            Taking steps to prepare for a disaster can help get you back to normal faster. If you are unprepared, the devastation and financial loss caused by natural disasters can be magnified so better to be prepared to this so that you will not regret in the near future.

    These years many people are suffering in so much illness causing unhealthy lifestyle.
Healthy Mutu Food    There are lots of factors causing a person to be unhealthy on such as culture, family background and physical activities. Some people doesn’t know a thing about proper eating food intake and the risk of eating too much they do not know a thing related to nutrition. People just eat what they want not knowing the nutritional value of it. Some people are sensitive to their appearance so they do the diet process so that they will get the body they desire.
            Lifestyle, Eating Habit and Weight Management is so important to one’s life. It is important to know every single things about this. It is important to know what to eat or what to drink. It is important to eat nutritional foods like vegetables and fruits and avoid unhealthy foods like junk foods and soda.
            Every year we are doing Physical Fitness test in school in able to know the state of our body. It is important to exercise regularly and avoid getting stress in able to get healthy lifestyle.
            Yearly, we are celebrating Nutrition Month. Many activities are being done that has something to do with nutrition. This activities helps us to know what we have to do or eat to have a healthy lifestyle.
            “Kumain nang Wasto at Maging Aktibo Push Natin To”. It is important to do the proper eating Diet . It helps us to maintain our body lifestyle. It encourages everybody to balance their food intake and doing some activities regularly
