These years many people are suffering
in so much illness causing unhealthy lifestyle.
There
are lots of factors causing a person to be unhealthy on such as culture, family
background and physical activities. Some people doesn’t know a thing about
proper eating food intake and the risk of eating too much they do not know a
thing related to nutrition. People just eat what they want not knowing the
nutritional value of it. Some people are sensitive to their appearance so they
do the diet process so that they will get the body they desire.

Lifestyle,
Eating Habit and Weight Management is so important to one’s life. It is
important to know every single things about this. It is important to know what
to eat or what to drink. It is important to eat nutritional foods like
vegetables and fruits and avoid unhealthy foods like junk foods and soda.
Every
year we are doing Physical Fitness test in school in able to know the state of
our body. It is important to exercise regularly and avoid getting stress in
able to get healthy lifestyle.
Yearly,
we are celebrating Nutrition Month. Many activities are being done that has
something to do with nutrition. This activities helps us to know what we have
to do or eat to have a healthy lifestyle.
